利用規約
本アプリはAppleの標準エンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）に準拠しています。
【サブスクリプション（PRO版）】
● 本アプリは無料でもご利用いただけます（写真2枚・送信先1件まで）。
● PRO版は月額サブスクリプションでご利用いただけます。
● 購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに課金されます。
● 現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。
● 更新料金は現在の期間終了の24時間以内にアカウントに請求されます。
● 購入後、App Storeのアカウント設定でサブスクリプションを管理し、自動更新をオフにすることができます。

プライバシーポリシー
現場写真共有 PROは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。
収集・送信するデータについて
● 送信する写真はAES暗号化されてサーバーに送信・保存されます。
● サーバー上のデータは送信から48時間後に自動削除されます。
● パスコードはユーザーのみが知る情報であり、サーバーには保存されません。サーバー側でデータを復号することは不可能です。
● 連絡先（名前・メールアドレス）はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部には送信されません。
● 広告・アクセス解析は一切使用していません。
本アプリは広告の表示、個人情報の第三者提供、行動追跡を一切行いません。
免責事項
本アプリにおけるサブスクリプションの販売・決済・請求はすべてAppleが行います。
本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、責任を負いません。業務での利用前に必ず内容をご確認ください。
アプリの改善に伴い、説明と実際の動作に相違がある場合は、アプリの動作が優先されます。

Terms of Use
This app is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
[Subscription (PRO Plan)]
● This app is free to use (up to 2 photos and 1 recipient per send).
● The PRO plan is available as a monthly subscription.
● Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
● Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
● The renewal charge will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
● You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Privacy Policy
FieldSync PRO is designed with user privacy as a top priority.
Data Collection and Transmission
● Photos are AES-encrypted before being transmitted to and stored on the server.
● All data stored on the server is automatically deleted 48 hours after upload.
● The passcode is known only to the user and is never stored on the server. It is technically impossible for the server to decrypt the data.
● Contact information (names and email addresses) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted externally.
● No advertising or access analytics are used.
This app does not display ads, share personal information with third parties, or track user behavior.

All subscription sales, payment processing, and billing for this app are handled by Apple.
